Meet the Owner

Diane Cummins, MPA, BA, CCM - Owner

Diane Cummins is a dedicated, self-employed professional. She is certified through the Commission for Case Manager Certification as well as being certified in Alzheimer's care through the Alzheimer's Association. She believes that quality, one-on-one attention lays the foundation for a deep and meaningful relationship between client and case manager.

Diane graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2017 with bachelors degrees in psychology and general studies. She worked in child welfare briefly before venturing into aged and disabled case management at her local Area Agency on Aging (AAA). It was there that Diane realized her passion for serving the aged and disabled population. In 2023, Diane graduated from the Master of Public Administration and Leadership (MPAL) program at the Ohio State University. Through the MPAL program, Diane gained the knowledge necessary to follow her dream and build Golden Apple Services from the ground up.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, and playing chess. She also enjoys maintaining her fish aquarium and turtle tanks and spending time with her feathered friends.
