• Service Coordination

Golden Apple Services advocates for children and adults with physical disabilities, setting them up with supportive in-home support so that they can remain safely in their homes. Golden Apple is affiliated with a vast network of home care providers, medical equipment providers, and home modification contractors, and this ensures that all clients receive the personalized care that they need to remain safe in their homes. 

• Consultation

Knowledgeable staff members will walk you through challenging situations, such as admitting to a nursing facility for a respite say; placing referrals for assisted living; and helping you to obtain additional care in the home through a Medicaid PA provider.

• 360-Degree Support

Golden Apple takes a holistic approach to client care. We work closely with POAs, guardians, and other service providers to ensure that a client's care plan best meets his or her unique needs. Golden apple staff remain up-to-date on state regulations and make it a priority to share recent and upcoming changes with clients, families and providers.
