Golden Apple Services was founded in 2022 to infuse the "people-first" mentality of customer service with the advocacy and client-centered principles of case management. Golden Apple believes that excellent customer service lays the foundation for a deep and meaningful relationship with your case manager. Golden Apple specializes in case management for recipients of the Health and Wellness Waiver and the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver. Our focus is on clients who are under 60 years of age.

The case managers at Golden Apple possess far more than a current and comprehensive knowledge of waiver services - they are experts in person-centered thinking, a philosophy that guides their approach to working with clients, caregivers, and guardians. 

Golden Apple staff work daily with individuals who have chronic conditions, helping people understand their health conditions and interpret health information through the use of appropriate cultural terms and concepts. Golden Apple staff function as role models by promoting, encouraging, and supporting self-care and positive self-management behaviors.
