Golden Apple Services was founded in 2022 to infuse the "people-first" mentality of customer service with the advocacy and client-centered principles of case management. Golden Apple believes that excellent customer service lays the foundation for a deep and meaningful relationship with your case manager. Golden Apple specializes in case management for recipients of the Health and Wellness Waiver (formerly the A&D waiver) and the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) waiver. Our focus is on clients who are under 60 years of age.
