Care Management Team

Jennifer Crist is a compassionate and dedicated professional with a background in case management, social services, and education. She has served as a family skills technician, family case manager for social services, school counselor, and most recently a case manager in aging and disability.  Her focus is maintaining client centered care for individuals and families while helping to meet their needs in a timely manner. Jennifer graduated from PFW Fort Wayne with a bachelor's degree in human services, and minors in psychology and sociology in 2011.  

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, traveling, exercise, coffee, and reading.

Hello, my name is Kyle. I am a proud native of Indianapolis and double degree recipient from THE IUPUI. I have a passion for learning something new everyday and I am open to learning from unexpected sources. In my spare time, I like to read, watch television, and spend time with my family.

Jenelle Rindahl, MS, BS

Hi! My name is Jenelle. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in school counseling, both earned at the University of Saint Francis. I have a passion for working with people and advocating for them in any way I can. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family, doing anything outdoors, and attending a variety of sporting events.
